No phone number or personal information is required to use our analysis tools. You can analyze deals, estimate rent, and explore markets without an account or a phone number. This policy explains what we collect only when you choose to go further.
What we collect
Tool usage. The property details and scenarios you enter stay in your browser as you work. We may record anonymized, aggregate usage to improve the tools.
Information you submit. If you request financing or save a deal, you provide contact and property details with clear, explicit consent at that step — never before.
How we use it
We use submitted information to connect you with lending partners you ask to be matched with, to deliver estimates and alerts you request, and to operate and secure the service. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing with lending partners
When you ask to be matched, your inquiry is delivered as a first-party, exclusive lead to a small number of matched DSCR lenders (never more than three) and is never resold. You control this — it only happens after you consent.
Your choices
You can decline to submit any personal information and still use every analysis tool. You may request access to or deletion of information you’ve submitted, and you can opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information at any time via our Do Not Sell or Share page.
