Every lead comes from an investor who used our DSCR tools on a specific property, then opted in to be contacted about financing. You receive the exact scenario they ran — DSCR, loan amount, rent estimate — plus their stated goals and timeline.

What’s included with each lead?

Property address and details, the investor’s underwriting inputs, our rent and short-term-rental estimates, computed DSCR and LTV, cash-to-close, and the investor’s contact details with a timestamped consent record.

Can I choose which markets I receive?
