We do not sell your personal information. No phone number or personal information is required to use our analysis tools. If you later ask to be matched with a lender, you can still control how that information is used.
What “sharing” means here
When you explicitly request financing, we deliver your inquiry as a first-party, exclusive lead to matched DSCR lenders — capped at three, never resold. If you prefer we not share your information for that purpose, you can opt out below.
Submit an opt-out request
Email privacy@dealratio.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share” and the email or phone number associated with your request. We’ll process verified requests promptly and confirm when complete. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization.
